25+ years in cybersecurity sales engineering. Former Sales Engineering Manager at Symantec/Broadcom, SE Team Leader at Forcepoint. Speaker at Cybertech Conference.
// Background
Where Arik has built.
Arik spent years as a Sales Engineering Manager at Symantec / Broadcom, running the technical pre-sales motion for the Symantec Enterprise Cloud across EMEA. Before that he was SE Team Leader at Forcepoint, building out the regional sales engineering practice for DLP and cloud security.
He has architected, scoped, and shipped Symantec deployments across endpoint security, DLP, Cloud SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and email security - from 500-user pilots to 100,000-endpoint enterprise rollouts. He has run more migration projects from SEPM to SES Complete and from ProxySG to Cloud SWG than he can count.
Arik co-founded CyberKIS in 2024 with Reshef Brown to bring this depth of expertise directly to channel partners, resellers, and vendors - sales engineering as a service, delivered by people who have actually deployed the products at scale.
He speaks at Cybertech Conference on Symantec implementation strategy and is a regular author on the CyberKIS Insights blog.

How to replace VPN with Symantec ZTNA: a 90-day deployment plan
A pragmatic 90-day plan to start retiring legacy VPN concentrators with Symantec ZTNA. Discovery, identity readiness, pilot app selection, user migration waves, and the realities of running both in parallel.

Email Security
DMARC enforcement with Symantec Email Security: from p=none to p=reject
Most organizations sit at DMARC p=none for years. Moving to p=quarantine and p=reject is a 6-12 week project - and Symantec Email Security gives you the visibility to do it without breaking legitimate senders.

The Broadcom licensing model for Symantec products is dense. A buyer-side guide to what is actually included in SES Complete, DLP, Cloud SWG, CloudSOC, ZTNA, and Email Security SKUs - and the entitlement gotchas to check before procurement.
